The Fikirtepe urban transformation initiative created the need for new spaces for urban living that embrace diversity and can appeal to a wide range of clientele. The interior of the sales office was conceived as a reflection of the solutions in the courtyards, public spaces, and apartments within the site. A combination of subdued and neutral tones complement the whimsical and kinetic energy of the yellow tones found in the children’s playroom and bedroom.
